Name the Accord Bodykit

Can anyone tell me what kit is on this car? The seller tells me it came that way from new but I cant find anything matching it on google. Is it a Honda kit or aftermarket? The front end looks like its missing a lower lip spoiler but maybe not. I like the rear bumper but I don't think it matches the front end of the car and the wheels don't really do the car any justice.

It's a Honda Sports bumper, not aftermarket, oem accessory option. There's a grille that normally is fitted which makes it look even sharper, but if this car has Adaptive cruise control then it's not an option for it. The rear is also a sports option bumper.
