New to 2.4 7th gen saloon

Morning all.Checking out a 2.4 type s today but Ive only ever had the cdti or the dtec engine.What are the common problems I can look out for on the 04 type s 2.4? Ive had the run of the mill manifold and calipers with the diesel so not wanting to buy a pup as it where.Any advice appreciated

They are very reliable. Just look for a well loved one with good history. But at this age you're looking at a new exhaust and clutch and front lower arms if not done already plus discs and pads all round if looking tired.
