some ***** about plastic swirl flaps in the intake manifold and dpf's are the usual gremlins on them. My mate bought one a few months ago and he's already had to rectify these

brother in law brought 09 plate 320d and has already suffered gear box problems(wont go into first gear) clutch juddering,turbo failure
renowned problem on the 320d,good thing its under warranty,these cars should all ways have some sort of warranty on them!!
