Hi all,
I am seeking for advice and probably wiring diagrams on a dipped beam issue.
Car: Accord Tourer EX MK7 2.2 i-CTDi
Symptom:
The dipped beam stopped working whilst driving and since then not coming up. All other lights work.
Pre-existing condition for several years (may or may not related to the dipped beam issue):

Car: Accord Tourer EX MK7 2.2 i-CTDi
Symptom:
The dipped beam stopped working whilst driving and since then not coming up. All other lights work.
Pre-existing condition for several years (may or may not related to the dipped beam issue):
- Headlamp height adjuster doesn't work, position adjuster switch (1-2-3) doesn't illuminate in the cabin either.
- Tailgate opener button on dash works but doesn't illuminate.
- Seat heating doesn't switch off when ignition switched off, key removed.
- Navigation screen doesn't go into sleep after activating either Audio, AC, Info, AM/FM, CD/AUX, TA/RDS.
Checks carried out with regards to the dipped beam:
- No voltage on fuse socket for dipped beam in under hood fuse box.
- Replaced headlight switch stalk, nothing changed.
- No fault codes (my HDS HIM stopped working so it was scanned with e generic esp? passthrough device)
- Removed the engine bay fuse box and inspected the under fuse panel PCB. No obvious signs of water damage, bulging capacitors nor burnt components as much as it can be seen without de-soldering.
The actual PCB part number 38830-SEA-033 and the fuse box unit 38250 SEG E13 (from parts-hunda.uk as the label perished).
(I have a spare PCB unit from my old petrol accord 38830-SEA-E11-M1)

Research carried out:
- As far as I can see the only remedy suggested in forums is to swap the pcb for the very same part. So far, I struggled to find one, actually one just came up today somewhere in spain but they don't post to the uk..
- The headlight dipped beam seems to be driven via the pcb and I suspect a relay on the pcb is faulty.
Ask:
- Is it possible that something else is wrong and not the pcb?
- If indeed the pcb is most likely to be the culprit, could someone maybe share a wiring diagram with me so I could identify the dipped beam related components and hopefully replace the faulty one?
I am okay working with pcbs and I happen to have a donor pcb from my old petrol accord. The dipped relay could be even identical.
