No heater fan/AC

I have just had the RAC look to see if he can find the reason my heater fan and A/C is not working in my i-ctdi after much head scratching, testing and about 20 mins speaking to RAC technical staff his suggestion is.
Suspect-A/C control module/ ecu. If i take it to Honda which i think at the moment is going to be my only option can any forum members give me any idea how much it will cost me.

my a/c stopped working all together, it turned out to be a dodgy relay switch in the fuse box in engine bay. might be worth a look there?
