opening up headlight

Hi guys, i have the dreaded misting/condensation problem on both my headlights, it has had the fix done by Honda but it aint worked.
The tide marks on the INSIDE of each light is pretty bad so i just wanted to know if its possible to split the headlight so that i can clean inside the lens and then do the silica gel fix.
Any info would be great.
