Phone Set-up

OK, so I press the button on the steering wheel, it bleeps, I say Phone Set-Up and she says fan up. I have had other people try and still no luck. The phone book is greyed out in the menu. Is there another way to set the phone up other than voice command?

OK panic over. I was pressing the button that does the voice command for everything on the car not the voice command for the phone. The one for the phone is the top one the other one is the one behind the phone one. Tricky little thing. Hope this helps someone else but I do not expect others will be as stupid as me.
