Playing ipod help please

Hello peeps

I have just bought my first honda and know nothing about them, but im slowly starting to figure things out , but the thing thats doing my head in is i want to play my ipod throught the the car, how do i go about this, what do i need etc!!

I have an 07 plate Accord 2.2 icdti saloon sport the stereo has premium sound system on it and a 6 disc changer..
