PLEASE HELP BRAKE PROBLEM

HI all I recently bought a honda accord 2.2 cdti 04 with many problem i was fit to fix most of them with help of other peoples advice on this site and others but ive got another PROBLEM its with the brakes ive changed pads discs all the way round now the pedal travels to the board so iv changed the master cylinder and bleed all the brakes with the engine off and the brakes pedal gets hard then i start the car and press the brakes theres a hum comes and goes and the pedal goes to the board what could this be please help

Hazard a guess at a leaking solenoid connected to the master cylinder

Any warning lights on the dash? Clamp all flexi hoses off, pedal will be solid, now remove one clamp at a time while checking the pedal. That should help to determine if there is a caliper issue

do think it could be a vacum solenoid problem thanks for your reply everyone
