I was wondering why my rear screen washer produced a dribble, rather than a jet of water. Having looked at it carefully it seems that the little ball has dropped out of the plastic housing so I'm going to need to replace the jet ***embly. To do so I have to remove some of the interior trim. There are three bits of trim around the window. Before I go pulling at things, and probably breaking something, does anyone know if I can simply remove the bit of trim in the centre upper part of the window or do I have to remove the two side pieces first.

Any tips/hints would be greatly appreicated.

Small screwdriver, with masking tape to prevent scratching prize the jet out of the body work, the hard part is getting the pipe off the jet, not a lot of free play, I warmed mine with a cloth wrapped around it and hot water poured onto it. before you replace the new jet operate the rear washer, loads of muck will come out of the pipe. You may only need clean the jet, soak in hot water and see if it clears.

Thanks. I did wonder if it would come out that way but decided it couldn'be that easy!

something has gone wrong here!! my first post I tried to remove but it has stayed on. All you need do is remove the plate under the high level lamp, two arrows mark the prise points, the jet is then removed by undoing the small screws.
