I'm thinking about upgrading the rear speakers in my 8th gen, but when i looked up how to remove them on my workshop manual cd it shows that the original speakers are mounted using one bolt. So it looks like the original speaker is designed to prevent any sort of upgrade. I could destroy the originals to make an adapter but i wanted to keep them to put back when i sell the car. Does anybody know where to get a custom adapter for this?
