How do I know if the car is been recall and the work is done?

Do I bring the car to the dealer, and they will check and do that for free if the work is not done yet?

Any recalls on 8th gen accord?

You can call or visit Honda dealer and ask about recalls. They will check on the system what was done and what should be done.

Recalls on 8th gen:
- Rusty sunroof
- Rusty boonet
- 2 panells (holders) on windscreen (1 on the left and 1 on the right)
- passanger Airbag

Thats what i know so far.
 
Matt it works for my previous CL7, should works for 8th gen as well (I think)
 
they should be free of charge, right? what about the software update?

Passenger airbag is the only recall for the 8th gen, the rest are extended warranty items which can also include the egr pipe on diseasels.

Software updates are usually FOC too.
 
Haven't heard of that particular one and sounds potentially dangerous too, but you can check with Honda to see if they were already done.
