Relays in passenger arch

There’s two four pin relays in the arch of my 2.2 cdti 2006 and there soaking and blue anyone know what these are for? Or what circuit. Have an error code of P1032 which is fuel temp sensor circuit high. Got 5v to the sensor and replaced it still the same

I’m sure it’s something to do with the front fog lamps.
