Remote key fob issues

Hi All,
Having problem with my 2000 Accord 2.0 vtec se. Noticed other day that key fob will unlock car but not lock it. Also the indicator/hazard lights no longer flash on unlocking, can't tell if the same when locking as that is the main problem not being able to lock with remote key fob. Can lock using key though. Only 2 buttons on fob.Hve tried battery in fob and re-programming.

Firstly check the interior light switch's on all the doors and the boot an bonnet one's are operational :huh: the bonnet or boot is more likely, the car will lock but the alarm wont arm if one is flagged open :unsure: so no indicators would flash?

Thanks for that hughezee, found that the o/s rear door had been left open by some numpty (ME!!!).
