Removal of A pillar and ceiling

Bought myself a windscreen recorder, and I want to hide the cable behind the ceiling and A pillar panels, but I couldn't found any info of that.Is there anybody knows how to?

Also, the curtain airbags are locating there, should I touch them?

On the a pillars there is a little plastic clip saying airbag IIRC. get a small flat blade screw driver and prize it away from the A pillar and the trim will become loose. Just easy it away from the A pillar and you can then easily run a wire up there

Dont remove the headlining, you should just be able to push the wire between the windshield and the headlining with a bit of small plastic.

Thats how i wired in my bluetooth in to my old 7th gen and i never had a wire visible.

As long the removal doesn't trigger the airbag would be fine

Nope wont trigger the air bag. I removed mine many times when i fitted my hands free kit and also my laser / camera detector.

as Adam said, but still be careful as curtain air bag is behind it don't go poking it with a screwdriver

Didn't know the "Curtain Airbag" tag can be removed individually
