Replace bottom ball joints on my 07 Accord

I have a bottom ball joint worn on my 2007 Honda Accord CTDI , is there anyone who sells them cheaper than the Honda main dealers , I didnt realise you had to buy the full arm with the ball joint machined into it

You don't need replace the bottom arm on the 03-08 models, you just need a "mechanic" rather than a "fitter" available on Ebay.

I think I read somewhere that Honda now supply the bottom ball joint separately :unsure:

How do you remove the old worn ball joint

remove the wheel, break the taper at the hub ***embly, then press the ball joint out. Like I said you need a "mechanic" with tools.

I heard this too just recently. Please replace both while you're at it, no point goin through the hassle again further along the line.

Replacing it quickly as I snapped my ball joint last month whilst driving.

Honda do supply ball joint on its own but there is a waiting time on it until mid july. As I had to enquire about it when mine snapped.

Ozi I have replaced the other ball joint now.
