Replacement Gear Knob?

Have got my 07 EX Diesel with the ivory and walnut interior. The car has a small metallic gear knob which doesn't match the rest of the interior and also doesn't feel as nice to use as a bigger one (ooh err missus).

Anyway, is it easy to swap the gear knob over and if so, does anyone have any recommendations about good or bad replacements? I looked at the Honda site and the £95 they want to charged would seem to be a little steep!

That's a good idea actually! Just googled it for images and it's very smart! Suprisingly not expensive too! Might have to treat myself lol
