It looks like a decent bit of kit I give it that.

The Metra kit looks very nice and OEM. It is super expensive plus you need to buy another expensive touch screen radio. And that's made for the US Accord, not sure if the dash is the same as the UK one.

They look 99% identical, but it might be worth asking them about fitment. it is expensive but your paying for retaining climate control.

you can get double din touchscreen stereos for fairly cheap these days. your probably looking at 500 all in.

maybe cheaper if there was a group buy.
