Hi All

Just wondering if its an easy job to do?
My front passenger side front upper control arm has a slight bit of play in the ball link, its not knocking or anything yet so it should be ok for now but looking to replace it in due course

I have read a few threads and is it basically, remove the 5 bolts that hold the suspension and brace on the top turret.
Then remove the but for the ball link on the upper control arm.
Then the two bolts are accessible by moving the suspension slightly?

Are the bolts common to rust and seize on this ***embly?

I ***ume genuine OEM honda parts are recommended?

Cheers All

Very easy to do... a bit of movement and you'll get it. They don't tend to seize.

Did one recently, and didn't need to touch the 5 top bolts, just the ones on the arm itself. Dead easy job.

Cheers guys, Seems like the job should be straight forward to do.
Just a matter of sourcing the parts

Euro car parts.

I dropped the struts out when I changed the track control arms in my wagon.

When you do the new ones up, remember to tighten them up in the same position they'd be in when your car's sat on the ground, else the rubber bushes will wear prematurely.

Cheers matt.
When you mean tighten up them up in position when car is sat on ground do you mean i have to jack up the whole axle to simulate the whole ***embly being loaded?

Blueprint seems reasonable and known good quality?

Before you remove the old one, just Jack the suspension up to the normal position and note the the track control arm position.

It'll normally return to this position once its separated from the hub anyway.

Blueprint stuff's good. Mine's got cheapy Euro's stuff in and it seems fine for now.
