Hi All, sorry to be a pain, but a bit of advice would be much appreciated.
Finally cleared nearly all advisories and one fail on my '54 plate Tourer 2.2CDTi.
Snapped o/s drop link - Fail - Replaced
Front pads worn - Advisory - Replaced
Very slight drag on both rear wheels - Advisory as not registered on rollers - stripped, lubed and reassembled
Rear coil springs corroded - Advisory
Apparently the ministry now requires slightly rusted coil springs to be noted. I need to get them off, rub them down and spray them.
I can't recall if they have a strut running through them or if they are "standalone". If they are "standalone", can anyone advise if they are easy to remove and how it's done ?
Many thanks in advance..............ebt
