Replacing rear quarter window on a tourer - how hard?

Someone has smashed the rear quarter window on our '04 tourer (the side window for the boot). Does anyone know the process for removing and refitting it and how hard it is?

If you have insurance and a "W" on the top right hand corner of your certificate with a figure say 70 then your company will replace the glass for you, at a charge of that figure, no loss of no claims bonus.

I may be wrong here but I ***umed that the insurance cover only covered the windscreen and did not extend to the other windows hence the 'W' code???

Read your policy document I think you find that all glass is covered.
