I replaced the rocker gasket on my Accord Ctdi about 2 months , noticed oil on the floor again and when I checked its leaking from the rocker gasket ( at the side where it meets the timing chain cover and from the back left hand corner if looking from the front of the engine ) , just wandering if the rocker could be warped a bit to cause this again ?

Well, the rocker cover could have warped of course, but what I've found is that the torque setting as specified by Honda seems a little too low to get a tight seal. Not sure if you used a torque wrench to set this or not, but I often go tighter that suggested. Make sure you follow a consistent pressure pattern and you'll be ok.

To test to see if the rocker is warped, remove it and place it on a flat surface, check for warping that way.

One of my Injector retainer bolts stripped ( 1st injector closest to the timing chain ) , this caused the injector to blow out , I had the threads repaired could the pressure from this of caused damage to the rocker gasket by blowing past it under pressure

Anything is possible, but the rocker cover is pretty tough and I'd be looking for the simpler stuff first. Is the cover tightened sufficiently?

Yes it seems tight , probably just a case of taking it off again and repositioning it again
