Sat Nav in my 2003 Honda Accord

I have a standard premium sound system in my Honda at the moment i was just wondering can i just buy a standard sat nav stereo from a different honda accord with the dvd and gps ariel and put it in my car? Or do i need the whole wiring loom aswell?

It's the whole kit and kaboolde. On the Sat Nav version it controls the AC as well etc...I'm not even sure it is possible to retro-fit, not without very deep pockets and taking half your car apart. The Sat Nav is no great shakes either, just not worth it.
