Seat belt extender

I've got a 04 Honda Accord Vtec Executive Estate.

I ordered some seat belt extenders from ebay they work perfectly fine in the front seats but don't work in the rear.

I need to get some ASAP as the Mrs is struggling with the car seats.

I think the buckels in the rear and slightly at an angle, does anyone know where I can purchase some that will look in the back seats.

I got one from amazon make sure they are for the rear the fronts are different
