Keep finding odd things with the car. I have a renault which, if you fail to put on your seat belt, shouts "WARNING YOUR SEAT BELT IS NOT FASTENED " whilst flashing a red light in the dash.
The Honda does NOTHING. Should there be a warning light or bell?

No. If you need the car to warn you that you don't have your seatbelt on you should not be driving.

Now go outside and apologise to your car and thank your lucky stars that it is not French and will inevitably leave you stranded in the rain when you least expect it.

In all fairness Espace's are nice cars when specced with Leather (6 chairs) and the panoramic suroof

 Mine does it  and also give you indication on the rear 3 seats as well

Brett, ***uming Honda have applied some familiarity to the wiring across the 7th and 8th gen you should be able to easily turn yours off using the same principle as on the 7th gen. The passenger seats will probably work on the same principle as the Civic and be activated by pressure sensors. But they can still be deactivated using the same principle.

***uming you want to that is.....
