Seat exchange questions

I'm looking at getting hold of a set of leather seats to retro fit to my SE Tourer.

My question is that if I get the seats, and I get the gear surround with the switches, can the electric heating be hooked up? Is all the appropriate wiring in place beneath the gear surround/dash or would it all need running?

I doubt the loom is there but an easy way to check is to remove the gear stick surround and see if there is a spare grey connector block either side of the gear stick.
