Seperating an alternator

I was changing the bearing in my alternator over the weekend, and couldn't get the two halves apart. Any one have any tips for separating it?

how can i take out the alternator from engine bay??
any videos or pictures or idea????
i wana change my self alternator bearing but i cant find proper one!! this is not too many information to me : http://typeaccord.co...ley-replacement
