Standard service interval is 12 months or 12500 miles whichever occurs first.

Brake fluid change every 3 years around £50.
Timing chains are lifetime items, should not need changing unless they get noisy.

What model of car do you have? It can vary from petrol to diesel and the standard schedule honda give is no way near what is needed, especially with the diesel. I personally change my oil on my diesel every 8k or 1 year which ever comes first.
