First off I'd like to say a big thanks to the forum which helped me past this problem!

I was having issues with my 6th gen 1.8 not starting, it would turn over but not catch and it coincided with a period of damp wet weather. All the electrics were checked, cleaned and given a dose of WD-40 but it didn't help. Eventually I swapped over the Bosch Super 4 plugs I'd fitted at the last service for some NGK ones and problem was solved. As a bonus the car is now running smoother as well.

So moral of the story is, firstly, listen to others on here, and secondly don't buy Bosch Super 4 plugs (no matter how cheap they're on offer).

Glad we were able to help Adam, B) That's what we're here for. :)

Had NGKs in my car for the last 20K miles and not had a problem with them. They are AWESOME!!!!!

Live by NGK mate, they are truly good plugs. Remember putting some different plugs in my mates focus and it just spluttered. Switched to NGK and all was fine
