AlanS Members Messages 120 Reaction score 1 Location NorthWest Car 2.4 EX Tourer ADAS Aug 15, 2011 #10 i've just read through the manual, it doesnt state you have to apply anti seize only torque figure. read lots of mixed opinions aswell regarding antiseize, some say the stuff will make it easier to overtight?

Dan Robinson Grand High Plumber Messages 9,601 Reaction score 33 Location Henlow, Beds Car 06 EX Tourer i-CTDI Aug 25, 2011 #13 Don't adjust Iridium tipped though. Gap should be 1 - 1.1mm. Torque them to 18Nm
AlanS Members Messages 120 Reaction score 1 Location NorthWest Car 2.4 EX Tourer ADAS Aug 25, 2011 #14 cheers Dan just checked them they're all at 1 mm, tried using 1.1 mm feeler gauge but it wont get throught the gap. take it this should be okay?

A Attaboy Guest Aug 25, 2011 #21 Not that I remember but I'll have a look tomorrow in the light & confirm.
AlanS Members Messages 120 Reaction score 1 Location NorthWest Car 2.4 EX Tourer ADAS Aug 27, 2011 #23 yep it doesnt really need a clip as this pipe just sits ontop of the resonator.
