Steering control for Aftermarket radio - Alpine

Hi all,

I have bought accord quite long time with installed Alpine aftermarket radio with amp etc, but now I want also steering control to be working.

Do u know some kit which is 100% or some mod ?

Does it actually work & if so what is the cost? I'd love to have my Pioneer Double DIN working from the steering wheel.
