steering wheel electrics

The electrics in my 05 accord steering wheel have stopped working and the horn doesn't work after a friend adjusted the steering wheel and now the airbag light is present I was wondering if there is any information on how to fix this or what has caused this fault

I recently had an issue with my horn + airbag light, everything else functioned fine.
Are all the controls not working, including radio + cruise control?

If so could be a loose connection or faulty slip ring.

Sounds like a loose connection. Have a visual check first. Maybe move steering around

Tried moving the steering wheel around and No the cruise and radio controls don't work either
