Stereo help please

Hi Guys
I've a 2004 Tourer with the bog standard single CD radio head unit. The radio reception is awful and so I'm thinking of changing it and wondered which is the easiest option

1. Fit an Add-on DAB unit that plays via the cars fm like this

2. Replace the storage bin below the head unit with a single din fascia ( i have a Blaupunkt Woodstock dab ) and fit this unit, how does this work with wiring in the speakers etc

3. Fit a roof aerial, i have a dual fm/dab ( kinetic 1001 ) that i could use, does the standard head unit have a normal aerial connection.

4. Any other suggestions most welcome, no window tints or hid lights fitted.

you'll definitely need a new aerial for DAB

Yea i know, I've got one with the blaupunkt dab i had in my last car, so if i fit an add on dab i'll use that, but what i really wanted to know is which is the easiest/best option of the 4 i listed.
