Today i have just stripped the bolt which is holding some sort of a bracket connected to a piece under the radiator(not the bolt with the bush) My question is: Is this bolt important as the piece it is connected to does not look solid and what is the best way to repair: helicoils, bigger treas?

Turns out this is a nut welded on the inside. Found out when i have cut the bolt. It is easy to put another nut and tighten it but it needs to be held on the inside and there is no access as the radiator is sitting above. What is the procedure of removing the radiator or any other ideas ?

I've done some research and this is called radiator support. It does not sound to be a big deal. Mine was rusted and bolt would not tighten leaving the bracket loose and making noise with the bumps on the road. When i tried to tighten it the nut broke from the support and it was immposible to do anything. Tomorrow i will buy a new bolt and see how it goes.
