Tatty Interior door handles

Hi folks. I'm wondering if there's a well known remedy for the interior door grab handles. They're made of a soft kind of almost rubberised plastic and in my car there's quite a few scratches and scrapes on them, especially the driver's side. It lets the cabin down really. Have people managed to get replacements or do some kind of repair to them?

Hi, yes I have. I found a few full door cards for sale. I suppose part of the problem may be that I'm not sure what to call them! Interior door handle searches seem to bring up the silver door release latch and interior door grab handle searches seem to bring up the handles attached to the roof lining that fold away. I was hoping there would maybe be some aftermarket replacement for just the handle that contains the electric mirror controls.
