Trim panel in boot?

2006 model - is there supposed to be a trim panel below the parcel shelf on the boot side? that is, covering the back of the speakers etc. Mine hasn't & the dealer says they don't have one - but it just looks a bit unfinished when you stick your head in the boot & look up - you see all the wires etc. Is the dealer having me on??

OK, thanks for that Joooe - so the dealer tells the truth!!! It's a bit cheap though, look much better if they put another 50p's worth of cardboard in there!!

It doesn't bother me, because I don't actually see it.

My kids would see it though. Hehe

Funnily enough I noticed that on my car at the weekend as well.

Seems a shame, but I guess any type of cover that would be fitted would have to be well designed and fixed to stop it rattling when the speakers were turned up.

as said. there is no trim. and to be fair,how often do you stick your head in the boot and look up at the bottom of the speakers.
