Type S 2.4 drive shaft

Well I went out side this morning and had the front drivers side drive shaft out and changed it for a good second hand one . I've still got some movment between the halfshaft spline and the inner cv spline but I'm guessing I will have to change the half shaft itself as well to sort it completely . If anyone knows of a good halfshaft going cheap for a 2.4 it would be dead handy lol.

On the plus side to this at least it only takes a bout an hour to change a shaft lol.

just look on ebay for one braking mate i see one the other day

I've been keeping an eye in eBay but the only half shaft I've see was for a older type R . I've been looking through the Honda part numbers to see if any other model has the same shaft but the type s 2.4 seems to different .

When the big bearing went on one of my drive shafts I ended up replacing the whole piece in one hit....although the bearing was cheaper I saved money in labour when I had it fitted. As luck would have it, someone bought the old one off me on ebay....I was right chuffed. The only thing I wasn't chuffed at wasd the overall price...I couldn't get an aftermarket one for a reasonable price so had to buy a genuine part...Hey-ho
