Uh oh! Flywheel has started rattling

I bought the car about 3 months ago and all has been well apart from a few fiddly bits to get it through the mot. Anyhow today it starts making a rattling noise everytime I dipped the clutch pedal. I had heard about flywheels being a common problem on the diesel engines and it had had its clutch changed just over 2 years ago by honda (according to the service history) although I wasnt the owner at the time. A local garage has quoted me just over £1100 to have the work done. I only paid £1300 for the car. So basically im wondering if there is a cheaper but still reliable fix? Even if I was to DIY it? (I think I need the special LUK tool for installing the clutch/flywheel). The car drives ok but just makes a horrible rattle on idle.

Im guessing LUK are the ones to go for. If anyone can point me in the direction of the special tool needed that would be great or a DIY method of getting round the fitment of this without the need for the tool.
