Hey all.
so as documented in another post, my Accord cranks but does not start. No power to the fuel pump. Daa de daa de dah. Anyway, since there are no diagrams anywhere, here is a video which also details what each of the 7 relays (in the kick panel) do.

But what exactly does the relay no 7 and how the issue should manifest, same with the 3rd one.
