I have a 7th Generation diesel and have had vibration through the steering wheel at speeds between 55 - 70 mph for a few months and having researched on here suspected that I might have worn drive shafts. I have had 4 new tyres on the car but the vibration remains the same. Just had a mechanic (former Honda employee)take it for a spin and he said that it is definitely a problem with the dual mass flywheel. I have had the clutch replaced by CG motorsport for their paddle clutch around a year ago and presume that the flywheel was replaced alongside the clutch.

Does anyone have any experience with a dual mass flywheel causing vibrations through the steering wheel? If this is the problem do I run the risk of damaging the clutch if I keep driving the car? Not sure what to do next...

If it's the DMF, you'll get the vibrations by revving the engine at idle as well.

Get upto 55-70mph, make sure the road is clear around you, dip the clutch (coast), does the vibrations drop off? Yes, then it's probably driveshaft.

Have you had any joy resolving the problem? I seem to be in exact same possition now with my Accord.
