Voice control not working

It's stopped reacting to my commands. I press the talk button and it beeps -- "CD TRACK ONE" -- pause -- "Say again..." I keep repeating it, but it doesn't recognise my voice. Is there a reset button?

This has happened to lots of members here Dharmesh.
The unit is very temperamental and can play up at times.I sorted mine out by playing around with the HFT speaker.
This is located in the reading light cluster above your head.There are 4 bolts to undo 2 of them are behind the reading light lens.
