what battery size

hi, my battery for 2.4 engine is old and just 47 AH have a new bigger from diesel model 80AH, is it ok to use it and would it be any problems? thank you in advance

It's the CCA that you need to be careful with, there are reasons (debatable though) that you should not have a battery with too high CCA when cranking for too long. As long as the engine starts quickly though, it won't matter.

Also, you ought to measure up, there isn't much space for the battery in the 2.4, which is why the battery in the 2.4 has a lower Ah rating.
