What spec PAS Fluid can I use

My brothers just turned up in his Gen 2004 Accord iCdti. The PAS fluid is below minimum, and I have a 1ltr bottle of Halfords PAS Fluid 'Suitable for most types of power steering systems'
It's Red, no other specis on it as far as I can see. The manual just states 'Use only Honda fluid', Will the Halfords stuff be OK?,

I would only use genuine honda fluid mate. Better safe than sorry. You can get it in 1 litre bottles. If it was me I would only use genuine dude. This way you ensure no damage is done to the pump and rack seals.

PS fluid pretty much only comes in two types. Green or Red. Poke your finger in the reservoir and if it's red use it.

What's the estimated labour hours for a change of PAS fluid ? Might get Honda to do this at my next service.
