What would you do?

My car is 06, and I'm so surprise that it got rust at the stone chipped areas, my previous car was 06 as well but totally rust free. I don't know if I should doubt about the quality of Honda, or the poor maintenance of the previous owner.

Anyway, just washed it and start the detailing now, but what can I do to the rust? Touch them up?

Hondas paintwork is not the best sadly, and maybe the previous owner couldn't see too well and spot the chips..hence the rust.

You need to get the rust out mate before you touch up, otherwise it will still fester under the paint you apply, some kind of rust eater that is kind to paintwork or a small carbon tool to dig it out first, that would be my suggestion. Im sure others on here have other and maybe better ideas.
