Wheel fitment

I'm looking for some new 18" wheels for my 2007 Accord CN1. Tomason TN9 has got my attention but they only come in 8,5x18 with ET40. Currently the car is at stock height, but i'm planning a 35-40 mm lowering in the future. Would it fit without rubbing ?

they should be fine at the back without rolling the arches as wheels on lowered suspension will hide in the arches, but in the front you may need to roll the arches or you'll have to buy cambers it all depends how low front will go, for example I was ok with 18" x 8" et40, but now I've got 18 x 8, et35 on the front and it's ok with lowered springs -30mm, but I think I'll have a problem with rubbing if I'll go lower. At the back I've got 18 x 9 et35 and I had to roll the arches. Hope that helps
