Wheel offset!?

Hi I am planing to get rota alloy for my ictdi accord! Bt nt sure what my offset is?! I seen sumwhere Dat it is between 45-48. Can someone tel me Wat wud wrk beter!

ive been thinking of selling mine soon there Rota P1's in 18s in Bronze with a few curb marks there rears have new tyres with about 1000 miles on and the fronts have got about 5-6k left

I have ET 40 on my wheels and that puts them nicely tight to the arch. i am lowered 40mm and have no rubbing issues. you could get away with 38 but that is the absolute limit without arch mods.

standard offset is 114.3 ET55

Standard is 55mm for oem alloys, you can easily go 50, 45mm offset if you wanted. Alot of aftermarket wheels only go up to 45mm anyway so your hand may be tied.
