where to put phone?

Been looking at dash/window mounted phone cradles for the 6th series and there is not a lot of spare dashboard left. Where do you put yours and what sort of bracket are you using?
Not sure about window mounted as that surely obstructs vision?

I have used them for numerous cars and the quality is top notch and they are specifically designed for each car.
You then get the specific cradle for your phone and attach it to the clip. They also do satnav cradles.

Buy a parrot and leave it in your pocket.

A parrot blue tooth kit not a real parrot. That would just be nuts.
And leaving parrots in your pocket is pretty frowned upon.

That looks the way to go but at £40 plus postage!!!! bit heavy.

I've been looking at Brodit for ages now to use for the iphone as sat nav etc (the mount that comes out from the glove box), but need a local retailer so i can buy in person. The missus will kill me if she sees i spent £40 on a phone holder.
