Which oil for the 2.0 iVtec petrol? how much?

Hello boys & girls

I'm just servicing my '05 2.0 tourer i-vtec.

I've seen the thread on "Which oil" but it's talking about diesel cars.

I like the sound of the Lubetech oil.

Which oil should I be putting into my 2.0 petrol lump? Semi-synthetic or fully synthetic? which viscosity? also - what's the oil capacity? i.e. how much do I buy?

I've just bought genuine honda air & oil filter & plugs & sump washer, so we're in business.

5w 30 fully synthetic.

you need to be asking this in the 7th gen section not the DIY section bud. this section is for DIY's and reviews.

which, unfortunately, I don't have - hence the questions.

I'm sure it's 3.6 for the 2l
It's 4.2Ll for my 2.4 so wait until someone confirms this.

the chap at Lubetech says I should use their Optima 0w30 Synthetic - I just found they have a service where you send them your reg and they tell you which oil is right

Use 5w30 FS - 4.2 Litres 100%

Thats 4.2 litres in total including filter
