Whistling/chirping noise when accelerating.

Hey guys,

After starting my car today I was greeted by a whistling/chirping/squeaking sound.. Happens when I rev the engine to about 2000 rpm and also under moderate acceleration between 1500 and 2500 rpm. After i drive the car around for a while it isn't as frequent, but still present. The turbocharger was rebuilt recently, so i guess it might be the main suspect.

From the video i would point the finger on the power steering pump.
Remove the belt and try to start the car again
