Window fail

Passenger side window has stopped working. I can hear a click when I try to open it but nowt happens. Can someone confirm thst it's the regulator that needs replacing please?
Also, is the regulator the motor?

The regulator is the bit that makes the window go up and down they motor is attached to it to power the regulator.
